Russians continue to impress at Aquatics World Championships

Russia have extended their domination of the synchronized swimming event at the Aquatics World Championships in Shanghai as Natalia Ischenko claimed her 15th gold medal.

Yet another triumph came for Natalia Ischenko and her partner Svetlana Romashina in the Duet Free Routine. It was top gong number six for Russia, who once again outclassed hosts China to maintain their golden sweep in the synchronized swimming events.One more gold is up for grabs on Saturday.On Friday, Russia added another three medals to their tally.Ilya Zakharov and Evgeny Kuznetsov won a silver and a bronze respectively in the men's three-meter springboard event, while Evgeny Dratsev claimed a bronze in the men's open water swim.
