Estonian murder suspects released

Estonian prosecutors have released all suspects in the case of Dmitry Ganin – the Russian man who died after being stabbed during protests in Tallin in April.

Two last suspects from the 13 were released on Tuesday.

The Prosecution says there is no need to detain them while the investigation is in progress.

The removal in April of the monument to the Soviet soldiers sparked protests among the Russian minorities in Estonia.

Dmitry Ganin was one of the demonstrators, when he was stabbed.

He died in the hospital from the injury.
