Dutch movie with Russian star joins Oscar race
'Duska', a new ironic tragicomedy by Dutch art-house director Jos Stelling has been presented to Moscow audiences. The movie, starring famous Russian actor Sergey Makovetsky, is among the record 63 countries vying for next year's best foreign film Oscar.
Author of 'The Illusionist' (1985), Jos Stelling is one of the most sophisticated European directors. He says each of his films is a challenge.
