Bush admitted the CIA has been detaining terror suspects outside the US

For the first time, U.S. President George Bush has admitted the CIA has been running a secret network of detention facilities for terror suspects outside the United States.

He claims the CIA treats detainees humanely and does not use torture. Four suspects have been transferred to GuantanamoBay for possible prosecution.
