Not even the possibility of arrest is a deterrent; Ciesilski was taken in for questioning by police officers in Egypt after he climbed the Great Pyramid of Giza last month.

“At the half point, some people saw me and looked up. That's how the police spotted me. They shouted something in Arabic I think, but I didn't care and kept going while listening to music,” he wrote in The Huffington Post.

“On balance I thought the photos would be worth it," he told The Telegraph.
