Train bombing suspects detained

Two men have been detained in the Russian Republic of Ingushetia on suspicion of blowing up the Moscow to St Petersburg Nevsky Express train, according to Russia's Interior Minister Rashid Nurgaliev.

A bomb was detonated on the tracks on August 13 this year.

The electric locomotive and twelve cars were derailed. The incident left 19 people injured.

The authorities previously detained three suspects for the bombing. They are currently on release, but are not permitted to leave the country.
