Interview with Sergey Pravosudov

Sergey Pravosudov, Director of the National Energy Institute shared his view on regional energy policy in Central Asia in light of the signing of the Caspian gas pipeline agreement between Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Russia.

Russia Today: The agreement to build the pipeline is a centrepiece of Vladimir Putin's six-day trip to Central Asia. Can we call it a landmark deal?

S.P.: Certainly.

RT: And what significance does it have for the parties involved?

S.P.: Tremendous. We
