“Obama is unlikely to fulfill his promises”

President Barack Obama’s rhetoric is pretty good, but his economics are lousy, says Republican Congressman Ron Paul, who shared his views about Obama’s 100 days in office with RT.

“I think his rhetoric on foreign policy is helpful, but it remains to be seen, because he actually increased the Department of Defense budget by 9%. So he can’t be very sincere about really bringing our troops out. And with the violence escalating in Iraq he’s not going to fulfill his promises,” Ron Paul believes.
