Stand up and fight!

The American-led effort to bring stability to Afghanistan may take decades - that's the verdict of some of the coalition’s top military thinkers.

Web journalist and host of The Resident, Lori Harfenist, took to the streets of New York to ask people if those fighting the war will have the stomach to last the distance.

What is more valuable: the loads of money and effort already spent, and the lives taken on both sides, or just keeping one's front going and following the war to its logical end?
