The Russian President said they’d demonstrated the utmost professionalism in protecting the lives of people caught up in the war.

“Russia is a state that can stand up for its citizens and that must be taken into account by all countries, including those that shelter themselves behind their friendship with larger states. We are not going to put up with any injustices. If necessary, we will protect our interests in all ways possible. However, the political factor and negotiations will always play the key role, and this shows our commitment to a peaceful foreign policy,” he added.
