Three months premature baby will live to tell the tale

A miracle baby, who was born three months premature, has amazed doctors in Russia by surviving against all odds. The baby boy weighed just 450 grams at birth.

He has been fighting for his life for three and a half months in an incubator in the town of Lipetsk, south of Moscow.

He has made excellent progress and now weighs a healthy two-and-a-half kilograms.

Doctors say he is strong enough to grow and develop independently at home.
