Estonian protestors may get prison term

Participants in April's street riot in Estonian capital Tallinn over the relocation of a Soviet memorial in the Estonian capital could face up to five years in prison. The country's prosecutor's office made the announcement after the cases of six more pro

Around 250 people took part in the protest against the Bronze soldier's relocation. Dozens of people were injured and one Russian citizen died from injuries sustained during the violence.

The Bronze Soldier was dismantled in late April and moved to a military cemetery. The remains of 12 soldiers were also exhumed from the site of the memorial which was dedicated to Soviet troops who died freeing Estonia from Nazi occupation.
