PM Zubkov lashes out at dithering Ministers

The daggers have been out during the morning meeting of the Russian Cabinet. Prime Minister Viktor Zubkov has lashed out at two ministers for delaying the paperwork on the building of the St. Petersburg toll road.

After just a few weeks in the job, Mr Zubkov has become known for his abrasive style of management.

“You are sitting and rustling the papers in a bid to reach an agreement. Although, this job could have been finished in a week. If you keep co-ordinating, the price will go even higher. But how are we going to build the facility? Stop pulling my leg. Let’s get it over and done with,” the Prime Minister urged.
