Will Doomsday saga come to an end?

Nine people remaining in the Doomsday shelter in Russia's Penza region are most likely to emerge on June 15, on Orthodox Trinity. The information comes from a cult member Sergey Nedogon who left the cave earlier this month.

He also said contact with the believers still underground has not been re-established.

Earlier there were reports that the nine remaining were going to leave their hide-out on Monday.

Last November 35 people shut themselves away to prepare for the end of the world. Most have since emerged, although two are believed to have died during their self-imprisonment.
