Hundreds of scantily-clad skiers and snowboarders showed up for Russia’s annual ‘BoogleWoogel’ festival in the event’s latest attempt to set a new Guinness World Record for the “largest swimwear parade on skis.”

The world record attempt was hosted at the Sochi ski resort Rosa Khutor, and involved hundreds of snow-sports fans stripping off and sailing down the mountainside.

Last year’s world record saw 1,008 participants undeterred by the wintry conditions. However, the 2017 event organizers are still waiting for this year’s figures to be confirmed by the Guinness World Records commission.

Over 20,000 people visited the festival over its four days, which featured other chilly activities like “beach” volleyball in the snow and ski jumping into a swimming pool.
