Athlete from Russia probed for possible doping violation

The International Olympic Committee has informed the Russian delegation in Pyeongchang that one of the athletes from Russia is being investigated for a possible violation of the doping rules, the spokesman for the delegation, Konstantin Vybornov, said in a statement. He noted that neither the name of the athlete, nor the sport will be made public until the results of the B-test, which are expected within “approximately 24 hours.”
