Woman shot dead near Georgia high school

At least two people have been injured in a shooting across the street from Mt. Zion High School in Clayton County, Georgia, authorities have confirmed. Both people shot were adult women, one of whom was pronounced dead at Piedmont Henry Hospital. A third woman, who is said to be pregnant, also suffered injuries, but they were not gun-related. The shooting reportedly happened while a graduation ceremony was in the process, but it was unclear if the victims were in any way connected to it. It remains unclear if authorities managed to detain the person or persons responsible.
