Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich, like many other tycoons, has come to St. Petersburg on his own yacht to the 12th International Economic Forum. But his vessel Pelorus would not fit in the common mooring place and has been docked in the very centre of

The economic forum is more and more like a high society event – around 20 tycoons have come to St. Petersburg by sea on their own yachts.

But the one belonging to Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich has pulled out all the stops. So, the $US129 MLN yacht has been berthed for free at a VIP parking place. For other ships it would usually cost as much as 4 thousand dollars a day.
