Interview with Andrey Lugovoy

Polls show that Lib Dems will be represented in the new Russian Parliament. Number two on the electoral list of LDPR and Britain's main suspect in the Litvinenko case, Andrey Lugovoy, talked to RT as votes continue to be counted.

“This is exactly the result that we expected. It’s just more proof that the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia has its own voters. People have been voting for this party for 18 years now and these have been basically the same people over the years. I travelled around Russia before the election and received support from a lot of different people, so the positive result was predictable,” he said.
