'Moscow aims to reduce tensions around N. Korea'

Tougher sanctions could hinder further negotiations on the North Korea nuclear issue, claims Aleksandr Vorontsov from the Korea Department of the Institute of Oriental Studies.

He says the main aim of the Russian Foreign Minister’s current visit to Pyongyang is to stop the escalation of tensions after the rocket launch on April 5.
