Ghetto Workout on Moscow streets

Young Muscovites are getting involved in a popular movement. It's called Ghetto Workout, and it allows you to get physical while training almost anywhere in the city.

The sport started in America, where young guys from the suburbs used every spare minute to build their bodies. Nowadays not many can afford a gym so a bus stop may do for them.

The urban sport is now a big attraction for young Muscovites.

The fitness tradition was strong in the old Soviet Union. But, as Moscow has grown, places to exercise have become fewer and fewer.

So these guys have come up with a sure way to get all the training they need, because they can work out pretty much anywhere.

To learn more about how Muscovites became familiar with the trend watch the video!
