Is US war effort in Iraq making difference?

After two truck bombs on Wednesday killed 95 people and also injured 500 in Baghdad, it looks like the conditions in Iraq has reverted to those endured at the beginning of the war.

The attacks were the most devastating in the country for months.

Lori Harnifest, a web journalist and host of 'The Resident' took to the streets of New York to ask people what they thought about the fatalities, time and money the US had sacrificed for the war effort, and what kind of progress has really been made as violence begins to spiral out of control once again in the country.
