Obama slowed down moving detainees from Gitmo

Christopher Anders from the American Civil Liberties Union notes that during the final year of the Bush administration, detainees were moved more quickly from Guantanamo Bay than in the previous 8 months.

Pentagon chief Robert Gates says closing Guantanamo Bay is proving more complicated than anticipated.

Christopher Anders from the American Civil Liberties Union sees government indecision as the main reason behind the delay.
