Afghani people prefer to move forward with mediocre democracy

“The Afghani people are not very happy with Karzai and corruption,” Walid Phares, a senior fellow from the Foundation for Defense of Democracies told RT.

But on the other hand, he added, they prefer what they have to what might happen if Taliban comes back.

Hamid Karzai was declared to be the winner in Presidential election by the Afghan election commission on Monday.
